Had a break away in August 2023 visiting three different campsites along the east coast, all on fully serviced pitches and this site was by far the most expensive. In fact the cost was over 36% more than one site and over 16% on the other, …

Lovely campsite with friends day staff and extremely clean toilets and showers. There is a small selection of produce in the camp shop. It is very close to the river for fishing. There is a well stocked general store next to a lush bakery and tea shop for delicious bread, cakes, tea and coffee to take away. There is also a shop with wooden ornaments;animals etc. If you need fishing equipment, the tackle shop has friendly helpful staff to assist you with whatever you need for angling. The Dog pub down the road is currently closed and can be seasonal with opening times. The walk into Ludham village is approx 1.6 miles and can be walked via back roads and fields rather than take the main road. There is a lovely pub in the village with a village store and a butchers shop. A little drive away from the broads and overall, a lovely campsite and a good location for surrounding places of interest.

Lovely site, facilities very well maintained, relaxed and good layout. Approximately 200 yards to river and boats. Couple of miles to small town, very good butcher there. The walk to the Abbey is absolutely stunning, so beautiful and buzzing with wildlife.

Very nice and well kept site close by to the Broads. Pub up the road v expensive and tiny portions. |Quite a few noisy individuals on the site, loud booming voices and tvs. |Disco booming in the background from close by until the early hours was not great to say the least!

Arrived to a friendly welcome. Site is extremely tidy and clean. Positives Ice cream van to pitch each night. Very hot water Clean Tidy pitches Negative Some staff looked and sounded fed up and it showed. Pizza van only one night a week now very dissapointed. No cold drinks in a chiller in reception

The site is exceptionally well run, by a team who passionately want to do their best. The campsite is lovely, well maintained with clean & modern facilities. We will definitely return and would not hesitate recommending it to others. Thank you

Beautiful well set out site, always spotless with friendly wardens. Within easy reach of many tourist sites. Will definitely go back

Our second time here, it’s a beautiful site run by lovely people. Really clean and two minutes walk away from a lovely, dog friendly pub. Only 13 miles away from a doggie beach. I’d highly recommend staying here.
